What happens if my Flight is delayed?
For UK arrivals we will monitor your flight status on the day and minor changes of up to 90 minutes either way can usually easily be accommodated. For more substantial changes we will always do our absolute best to find an alternate solution, limiting factors will be the complex set of drivers hours laws, our drivers are governed by and any other schedules the vehicle may already be committed to.
We just ask you give us as much notice as possible regarding potential delays Contact the office to see how we can best meet your needs should they change on the day. We routinely monitor emails out of hours. Excess waiting charges may apply for substantial delays.
What happens if the coach breaksdown?
Whilst we have every preventative maintenance measure in place, no mechanical product is infallible. Unfortunately, failures can very occasionally occur.
If a vehicle defect occurs the most important thing is to make the right and decisive choices to resolve the situation. We have detailed plans and procedures in place to ensure that your group is safe and back on your way with the most minimal delay possible.
Our first course of action will be to evaluate the circumstances, including but not limited to, the passengers’ safety on board, the vehicle symptoms and likely prognosis, and any associated risks, this will be immediately assessed with a telephone conference with a Senior Manager, our Engineering Team, and the Driver.
We will decide on the fastest repair or replace option and action that promptly. We have fully equipped mobile engineering units that can support a roadside repair by our in-house engineering team if that is deemed the fastest and safest solution. Other options include dispatching a partner mechanical service, or dispatching a replacement vehicle from our own fleet or a partner operator.
We will keep you and any third parties informed of the progress.

Can Alcohol be consumed on board?
The answer to this is, in most circumstance we do allow the sensible consumption of Alcohol on board, except where it would be illegal to do so. For example by law you are not permitted to carry or allow consumption of alcohol onboard a coach that is going to some some designated sporting events such as Premiership Football Fixtures.
Alcohol consumption onboard is always at the discretion of the driver who has ultimate control of onboard safety.
