We always strive to complete every customer interaction and journey; be it a short hop into town on the bus or a long distance excursion by coach to a high standard, from initial contact to the end of service.
We care about our performance, and customer satisfaction and genuinely appreciate all feedback positive, neutral, and negative. It helps us to know what is going right, or what we can aim to improve on.
We do accept that despite all best efforts and all the quality policies and procedures we put into place, occasionally some times things can go wrong and fall short of expectations.
